This year I order some plants from the company. When the plants arrived they looked very good except for the basil. The basil plant was a bit wilted. . After a couple of days the leaves of the plant turned brown. I left a message and notified them about the plant. In a couple hours Kathy Herring called me and I explained my situation to her. She told me to take pictures of the plant and e-mail to them . They responded that they will refund or give a company credit as they couldn't mail out one plant as their boxes only made to mail out four plants. I explained that I was very disappointed about not having my basil plant. They reviewed my order and responded that they are going to ship out two basil plants. In a couple of days I received two new basil plants. I am so happy. They really shipped excellent plants. Their customer service is awesome. I definitely recommend their service
