Herbs that Symbolize Love

Great for growing your own Love Garden

For thousands of years, people have been using herbs for symbolic traditions as well as culinary & medicinal purposes. Many herbs have a connotation with love, that often dates back millennia. For example, the Romans revered rose petals as symbols of love or victory. Some herbs have similar ancient ties, such as Yarrow which means "everlasting love", Sage is associated with "domestic virtue", Wormwood for "affection", Lavender for "devotion", Vervain (verbena) for "marriage", Rosemary for "fidelity", Lamb's Ear for "support", Patchouli for "passion", Oregano for "joy", and Fennel for "flattery". A Love Garden is a perfect way to celebrate and share love!
