Dwarf Joe Pye Weed Plants

Eupatorium Dubium

Think of "Little Joe" as a Joe Pye 'mini me'! It is a miniature version of Joe Pye Weed, at half the height, and it is a perfect addition to the middle or front of a border. Little Joe is also called Dwarf Joe Pye Weed or Baby Joe Pye Weed.

So easy to grow, this native plant species is the plant that announces a soon-to-arrive fall season; beginning to bloom in late summer. It will be a gorgeous mauve addition to your late summer and fall garden. Little Joe Pye Weed is so easy to grow; it is tolerant of poor soils. However, it does NOT like to dry out.

Butterflies are attracted to these blooms! Little Joe's flowers, which adorn 4' tall stems that are covered in lush green leaves, are a lovely domed-shaped, mauve-purple mass.

An easy keeper that looks great in containers, a garden border, or a wild strip of natives!

Zones: 5 - 9

Size: 4'H x 1'S

Lovely Baby Joe Pye Weed July 11, 2018
Reviewer: John C. from Lexington, KY United States
These little baby joe pye weed plants are great. Just what I needed. They're just like their bigger cousins but smaller & fit my garden perfectly. They were well packaged and ready to go. Certainly care was taken while processing for delivery. Thanks!
