This is one of my favorite herbs because it has such a delightful, full-bodied lemon flavor and aroma. I use it to make lemon-flavored vinegar, jelly, and in tuna salad. I add lemon verbena to the water to cook the pasta for tuna pasta salad. It dries beautifully and keeps much of the original fragrance.
